Registration

The early registration fee is $550 for attendees and $300 for full time Ph.D. students, and includes a reception, a banquet, conference materials, daily coffee breaks, and a hardbound copy of the published proceedings mailed to you after the conference.

After January 16th 2009 the registration fee will be increased by $50
to $600 for attendees and $350 for full time Ph.D. students.

If you would like to bring a companion to the conference social activities, we have set up a special rate of $200.00.  Please register below with the "attendee & companion" option.   We will give you separate receipts for the attendee and the companion.

The registration form and payment must be received by March 16, 2009. Cancellations and/or substitutions must be requested, in writing, by March 16, and no refunds will be made after this date. Registration can be done electronically. Pre-registered attendees can pick up their materials and badge at the registration desk on Sunday, March 22.

Payment of fees can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or check (US Dollars only). Please make checks payable to Conference Connection.

Cancellation policy: A $40 handling fee will be applied for cancellation up to 7 days before the beginning of the conference (before March 16, 2009).
